We’re seeking a strategic, inclusive, and visionary new Chief Finance Officer to join our dynamic executive team. This is a pivotal leadership role with broad responsibility for driving financial strategy, performance, and innovation across the Trust. You’ll lead on our Financial Recovery Plan and deliver key portfolios including Productivity and Performance, Business Intelligence, Digital, Data and Technology, and Estates and Facilities.

We’re looking for a compassionate and resilient leader with a proven track record at or close to board level; experienced in financial turnaround, strategic leadership and partnership working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You’ll quickly develop credibility, clarity, and confidence both internally and externally at this time of significant transformation and opportunity.
